دوازده قدم روحانی
1 - ما اقراركرديم كه در مقابل اعتيادمان عاجز بوديم و اختيار زندگي از دستمان خارج شده بود .
2 - به مرور ايمان آورديم كه نيروي مافوق مي تواند ، سلامت عقل را به ما بازگرداند .
3 - تصميم گرفتيم كه اراده و زندگيمان را به پروردگاري كه خود درك مي كرديم بسپاريم .
4 - يك ترازنامهء اخلاقي بي باكانه و موشكافانه از خود تهيّه كرديم .
5 - چگونگيء دقيق خطاهاي خود را ، به خداوند ، خود و يك انسان ديگر اقرار كرديم .
6 - آمادگيء كامل پيدا كرديم كه ، پروردگار ، كليّه نواقص اخلاقيء ما را مرتفع كند .
7 - با فروتني از او خواستيم كمبودهاي اخلاقيء ما را بر طرف كند .
8 - فهرستي از تمام كسانيكه به آنها زيان رسانده بوديم تهيّه كرديم و در صدد جبران بر آمديم .
9 - بطور مستقيم در هر جا كه امكان داشت از افراد فوق جبران خسارت كرديم ، مگر در مواردي كه انجام آن زيان مجددي بر ايشان و يا ديگران وارد كند .
10 - به تهيّه ترازنامهء شخصيء خود ادامه داديم و در صورت قصور بلافاصله بدان اقرار كرديم .
11 - از راه دعا و نيايش كوشيديم به پروردگاري كه خود درك مي كرديم نزديكتر شويم و
فقط طالب آگاهي از خواست او براي خود و قدرت اجرايش شديم .
12 - با بيداريء روحاني حاصل از اين قدم ها ، سعي كرديم اين پيام را به معتادين برسانيم و اين اصول را در تمام موارد زندگيء خود به اجرإ در آوريم .
